Key Responsibilities
A. Facilitate engaging training sessions.
Deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons, tailoring content delivery to meet the diverse needs of participants.
Coordinate logistics for both online and onsite training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource preparation, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
Utilize computer and distance learning technology proficiently to manage online classes and employ various online tools for training purposes.
Employ clear and effective communication techniques to ensure understanding and engagement, including proficient interview skills to elicit insights during training sessions.
Demonstrate in-depth subject matter expertise, incorporating relevant theories, concepts, and practical applications.
Utilize skillful assessment methods to gauge learner progress and provide targeted constructive feedback.
Coach trainees to enhance their learning and development, offering guidance, support, and feedback to apply learning effectively.
Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques, fostering active participation and facilitating smooth delivery of instruction.
Monitor asynchronous training tasks, ensuring trainees complete assigned online tasks within specified timelines.
B. Evaluate learning impact and manage data.
Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, assessments, and other relevant data for both online and onsite sessions.
Implement designed assessment tools to identify learners’ level of knowledge, challenges, and support needed, ensuring ongoing feedback and adjustment of training strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders to assess the impact of curriculum and services on learner performance, and report improvement areas based on analyses against objectives and performance standards.
Craft detailed reports consolidating assessment findings, feedback analyses, and areas for improvement demonstrating good writing and critical thinking skills, and offering actionable insights to enhance training effectiveness.
Oversee post-training activities for both online and onsite sessions, including generating reports, documenting participant feedback, and assessing training effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of training data.

Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree preferably in Education, Psychology, Business, and other Development-related Courses. A Master's degree in related fields is an advantage.
Preferably with experience supervising or managing others.
With 3-5 years of adult training experience.
Highly adept with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools like Zoom, Slack, etc.
Proficient in verbal and written English (C1 level) and Filipino
Physically and emotionally fit to conduct training online and onsite.
Willing and able to travel around the Philippines and SEA.
